About

Adventure Report is a personal record of time spent in the mountains, on rivers and on skis — mountaineering, ski touring, packrafting, tramping and the occasional cycle. Each trip is a short write-up and a gallery of photos.

It currently collects 32 trips from 2022–2025, mostly in the New Zealand Southern Alps around Wānaka, Queenstown and Mt Aspiring, with a handful further afield in Australia and South Africa.

Some trips include a downloadable GPX track and a route map; most don't, and that's fine. The whole site is static, self-hosted and built from plain Markdown files and photos, so the content stays readable for years to come.
